Here are my personal lists of Scam Sites that I personally have proven. Other scam sites are listed at PTCtalk. The list will continue to grow.

1. BUXA.IN - payout is $5000, ridiculous!
2. NOXCLICKS.NET - does not allow payout!
3. EXCELENTBUX.COM - not paying
4. CLICKOSAUR.US - they pay you once and delete your succeeding earnings!
5. BUX.TO - too many problems about payments!
6. PLUSBUX - they fakes their payment proof to appear real.
7. MADE IN CLICK - they don't pay!
8. FAST.SC - they disappeared!
9. VELOCITY CLICKS - owner is a known scammer
10. HKBUX - inability to pay
11. BUXIT.INFO - does not pay
12. WOLFBUX - they don't pay
13. EGCLICK.BIZ - does not pay
14. MDBUX - does not pay
15. BUXDOTCOM.COM - does not pay
16. DADDY BUX - cashout is off
17. ONLINE4ADS - doesn't pay
18. VIEW4MONEY - the owner does not have money to pay. Arrogant owner!
19. CASH-LINKZ - does not pay
20. PERSIAN PTC - does not pay
21. 07BUX.NET - does not pay.
22. CLIXMANIA - disappeared without notice!
23. PAIDCLICKS.WS - used to pay but now no more
24. 10BUX - same owner as paidclicks
25. CHAMPBUX - site becomes unsustainable, can't pay
26. CREWBUX - never paid me
27. DINGOBUX - has not paid me. A lot of excuses
28. BUXOUT - suddenly closed
29. INSTANTCLIX - didn't even last for a few months
30. OLDSCHOOLBUX - a big scammer

PTC means Paid To Click. Most of the PTC sites are FREE to join. You earn an amount ranging from $0.005 to $0.05 for every ad you clicked for a certain time usually from 20 seconds to 40 seconds. You can earn more by referring others using your referral link or by purchasing referrals. You can increase your personal earning per click by upgrading your membership.
PTR means Paid to Read. You are paid to read e-mails like the normal e-mails you receive.
Other sites have other earning options like signup offers, games, lottery, contest, and others.
